Raised in Southern California, Phyvin Mok joined BP International, Inc. in 2005. Phyvin’s addition to the firm’s team of professionals have contributed to the success of BP International, Inc., one of the leading commercial brokerage firms in the Southern California, specializing in leasing, sales and management of top commercial properties throughout the Southland.
Phyvin has been instrumental in supporting investments research, bankruptcy court sales, retail and office leasing. Employing her vast experience in the different facets of commercial real estate, she performs comparative portfolio analysis, generates targeted marketing plans utilizing professional listing bureaus and social media to ensure maximum exposure for her clients’ properties.
Phyvin is equally focused on monitoring trends in the commercial real estate industry. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and consistently attends educational seminars and conferences, bringing new ideas and strategies to her work. With her 2016 CCIM Scholarship Award Los Angeles Chapter, she has gained valuable insight from a faculty of industry professionals, which has enhanced her career and deepened her knowledge of the ever-changing commercial real estate industry.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Los Angeles. She volunteers with several non-profit organizations and is multi-lingual.
